Frequently asked questions
Why does my LG TV have sound but no picture?
On LG LED televisions this is almost always the backlight. One or more LEDs in the strips have failed, which breaks the whole chain. Replacing all the strips is the reliable fix.
Can you repair LG OLED TVs?
We handle power, mainboard, sound and software faults on LG OLED sets. OLED panels have no backlight, so 'no picture' faults on an OLED have different causes, which we diagnose on the bench.
